All orders placed through Maddy-Melbourne are processed within our standard fulfilment schedule.
We aim to dispatch each order as efficiently as possible once payment has been confirmed.
Our logistics process operates through trusted fulfilment partners based in Asia, which allows us to maintain product availability and fair pricing.
Delivery timeframes may vary based on courier processing, public holidays, customs handling, or other factors beyond our control.
2. PROCESSING TIMES
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once processed, your order will be transferred to the courier network for delivery.
During busy periods (e.g. sales, holidays), processing may take slightly longer.
3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times depend on your region:

New Zealand: generally 12–18 business days after dispatch
Delivery estimates are approximate and not guaranteed, as they depend on external courier operations.
While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, occasional delays can occur due to shipping congestion or customs clearance.
4. TRACKING INFORMATION
When your order has been dispatched and accepted by the courier, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to monitor progress.
Tracking information may take a few days to become active once the parcel is in the courier’s system.
5. DELIVERY ISSUES
If you believe your order is significantly delayed or missing, please contact us at

If a delivery attempt is made but unsuccessful (e.g. incorrect address or no one available to receive the parcel), responsibility for re-delivery rests with the customer.
6. RISK AND RESPONSIBILITY
Ownership and risk for all products transfer to the customer once the parcel is marked as delivered to the address provided at checkout.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or uncollected parcels after confirmed delivery.
7. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES
All orders are shipped under a prepaid arrangement — customers are not typically required to pay additional customs or import fees.
In rare cases where local duties or border inspections apply, these remain the responsibility of the recipient.
